Deposit
A 25% deposit is required for all reservations. Day trip and Overnight river trip reservations should be made two weeks in advance to allow for the confirmation process to take place. Okefenokee Trips require two months advanced reservation.
Refund Policy
On river trips we require 10 days notice before a trip date for you to receive a full refund. Less than 10 days there is no refund on your deposit. Okefenokee trips require a 30 days notice for a refund. Our trips are held rain or shine. There are no rainy day refunds.
CanoeCanoe Outfitters reserves the right to postpone the canoe trip if water or weather conditions would make for dangerous paddling conditions. If a trip is canceled due to weather or water conditions, it will be rescheduled.Online reservations request form, click here
